a) durch Veranstaltung kaufmännischer und technischer Berufsförderungslehrgänge sowie fremdsprachlicher Lehrgänge,
b) durch Übernahme der Trägerschaft überbetrieblicher Umschulungsmaßnahmen,
c) durch Übernahme der Trägerschaft von staatlich anerkannten Privatschulen,
d) durch Übernahme der Trägerschaft von Maßnahmen der Berufsfindung oder Berufsvorbereitung im
Auftrag der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit.

Unternehmen
Arbeitsgemeinschaft zur Förderung Hörgeschädigter
(na), Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Beratung, Be-
treuung und Unterstützung von hörbehinderten und
anderen behinderten Menschen. Dieser Gesellschafts-
zweck wird insbesondere verwirklicht durch die
Führung eines Dienstleistungszentrums zum Wohle
dieser Personen. Im Dienstleistungszentrum befinden
sich zur Zeit:
- die Beratungsstelle für Hörgeschädigte
- das Büro Soforthilfe für Hörgeschädigte
- eine Vermittlungszentrale für Gebärdensprachdol-
metscher
- der Integrationsfachdienst Berufsvorbereitung
- der Integrationsfachdienst Berufsbegleitung für
schwerhörige Menschen
- der Integrationsfachdienst Arbeitsvermittlung für
schwerbehinderte Menschen mit dem Schwerpunkt
"hörbehinderte Menschen"
Die Gesellschaft verfolgt ausschließlich und un-
mittelbar gemeinnütige Zwecke im Rahmen des Ab-
schnitts "Steuerbegünstigste Zwecke" der Abgaben-
ordnung. Sie ist im Rahmen ihrer in Abs. 1 und 2
genannten Tätigkeitsfelder berechtigt, Dienstleist-
ungen für Dritte zu erbringen. Die Gesellschaft ist
selbstlos tätig; sie verfolgt nicht in erster Linie
eigenwirtschaftliche Zwecke. Mittel der Gesellschaft
dürfen nur für satzungsgemäße Zwecke der Arbeitsge-
meinschaft zur Förderung Hörgeschädigter e.V. in
Aachen verwendet werden. Die Gesellschafter dürfen
keine Gewinnanteile und in ihrer Eigenschaft als Ge-
sellschafter auch keine Mittel aus Mitteln der
Körperschaft erhalten. Sie erhalten bei ihrem Aus-
scheiden oder bei Auflösung der Körperschaft oder
bei Wegfall steuerbegünstigter Zwecke nicht mehr als
ihre eingezahlten Kapitalanteile und den gemeinen
Wert ihrer geleisteten Sachanlagen zurück. Es darf
keine Person durch Ausgaben, die dem Zweck der Ge-
sellschaft fremd sind, oder durch unverhältnismäßig
hohe Vergütungen bedacht werden.
